A Vision Born
at the Airport Gate

LOCA was born in 2012 from a single conviction: that travelers arriving in Casablanca deserved better. Not just a car — an experience. Our founder, Rachid Benali, saw the gap between what premium travelers expected and what Moroccan rental agencies were delivering.

Starting with just five meticulously sourced vehicles at Mohamed V Airport, LOCA grew organically through word-of-mouth among business executives, diplomats, and discerning tourists who valued quality above all else.

Today, LOCA operates a fleet of over 500 vehicles, maintains a dedicated airport lounge at Terminal 1, and serves thousands of clients annually — but our founding values haven't changed by a single degree.
